Development of Loyalty IT Solutions across POS, Online and Digital Channels across EMEA and beyond with extensive programme and project management across large and complex transformations including Digital (Payments and Loyalty), Mobile (iOS and Android), E-Commerce, Hybris, CRM Sales and Marketing (Salesforce, SAS, SAP) and ERP (SAP and Manugistics). Identifying project scope, goals and deliverables that meet business stakeholder drivers and requirements and mitigating business risk through QA and review of project scope, solutions plans, governance, risks and issues, resources, ROI and third party suppliers.
