External Feedback Monitoring: Essential for Quality Management
The performance of each Assignment is evaluated through regular checks with the Hiring Managers that we work with, usually at six monthly intervals.
These cover aspects such as:
- Overall Quality of Service Provided from Eaglecliff
- Commitment and Capability of Eaglecliff Consultant
- Ability and Communication of Eaglecliff Consultant
- Response to Emails and Telephone Calls
- Timely Response to CV Requests
- Quality of CV’s and Applicants Provided
- Interviews/Offers/On boarding
- Provision of Payrolling Services
- Post-Placement Care
- Helpful Information
- Accounts Team
We also check whether the Hiring Manager would engage the Services of each Contractor again and ask for comments relating to the “Overall Service Provided”.
Each Contractor is monitored at regular intervals throughout the entire duration of each assignment. Evaluations are conducted every six months to ensure that each Contractor is happy with the Service Levels they receive from Eaglecliff Recruitment as well as the Client working environment, including the Rate of Pay and the Client Commitment that they receive. All suggestions for improvement are acted upon immediately.
In the last twelve months, over 98% of contractors have indicated that Eaglecliff’s Overall Service provided has been Excellent or Good. A consistent 0% of contractors have rated any aspect of our services as Poor.

Contractors also receive outstanding commitment from our Accounts team, who have achieved above 98% accuracy in Service levels with regard to payment of contractor invoices and who regularly receive Special recognitions within the Comments section of the Service Evaluation Questionnaires.
