Performance Questionnaires
External feedback monitoring plays an essential role within our Quality Management procedures. Each Contractor is monitored at regular intervals throughout the entire duration of each assignment. Evaluations are conducted every six months to ensure that each is happy with the Service Levels they receive from Eaglecliff as well as the Client working environment, including the Rate of Pay. All suggestions for improvement are acted upon immediately.
In the last twelve months, over 58% of contractors have indicated that Eaglecliff’s Overall Service provided has been Excellent, with an additional 40% of contractors rating this as Good. A consistent 0% of contractors have rated any aspect of our services as Poor.
