As part of our own internal Quality Management Procedures,
each of our contractors assigned to customer sites are monitored
at regular intervals throughout the entire duration of an
assignment and evaluations are conducted on a quarterly basis
to ensure that each is happy both with the role that they
are providing and with the services that they are receiving
from Eaglecliff. All suggestions for improvement are acted
upon immediately whenever feasible.
In the last twelve months, over 58% of contractors have indicated
that Eaglecliff’s Overall Service provided has been
Excellent, with an additional 40% of contractors rating this
as Good. A consistent 0% of contractors have rated any aspect
of our services as Poor.
