Pricing structures are kept as simple and easy to understand as possible.
Contractor payment rates are always disclosed, along with the percentage figure that we are working to. All rates and percentages will have been agreed in advance.
Contractor rate bench-marking is conducted on a regular basis to ensure the accuracy of Rate Cards that we work to internally. We also work with our clients to ensure compatibility of rates within the marketplace.
Sole agency options are flexible. Many are based upon a “Gentleman’s Agreement” and there is no need to sign any paper work or commit to any long-term agreements; each new requirement can be treated in a different way as you so wish.
We work to professionally drawn up Contractual agreements that have been prepared by Blake Lapthorn, a leading City of London Law firm recognised within the Recruitment industry as one of the most respected and informative players in this sector. Their agreements are designed to be neutral of IR35 and contain everything that a true independent consultant will need should his role fall outside IR35 for any reason.
