Pricing structures are kept as simple and easy to understand as possible.
Permanent Recruitment Fees
- 10% : Sole Agency
- 12% : Preferred Supplier
- 15% : Ad-hoc Specialist Supplier
Fees for Permanent recruitment are based on the annual basic starting salary only. Fees are not charged on the total package which might include bonus payments, car allowances or on-call or overtime.
A rebate facility of 100% is offered should either party terminate for any reason at any time during the first thirteen weeks from the start of employment.
Fees are also capped at £6,000 on all Permanent placements.
