Permanent Recruitment Fees
- 12% : Sole Agency – See Below
- 15% : Preferred Supplier
- 18% : Ad-hoc Specialist Supplier
(Discounts available when recruiting for multiple positions)
Fees for permanent recruitment are based on the annual basic
starting salary only. Fees are not charged on the total package
offered including but not limited to bonus payments, car allowances
or on-call or overtime payments.
A rebate facility of 100% is offered should either party
terminate for any reason at any time within thirteen weeks
from start of employment.
Fees are capped at a maximum of £6,000 on all permanent
placements.
Sole agency options are flexible. Many are based upon a “Gentleman’s
Agreement” and there is no need to sign any paperwork
or commit to any long-term arrangements; each new requirement
can be treated in a different way as you so wish.
