    Coming from a technical IT background provides a critical advantage in developing many of our own IT systems that help to ensure we are constantly on track in achieving our Objectives; flexible IT systems are continually enhanced in-house so that we can keep up with the ever-changing requirements of our customers, government legislation and the latest technology available to service these requirements

    Legal Compliance covers Co-Employment issues, IR35 and the new Agency Workers Directive and Insurance advice is drawn from one of the UK's leading brokers specialising within the Recruitment and Resourcing industry.
    When I am not working, I enjoy cycling, table tennis, country walks, travelling, real ale and my family.

    Following the completion of my AAT Accounting examinations, I have helped to develop streamlined and accurate processes that ensure we reach our target of providing 99% accuracy within Accounts. Always keen to be as flexible as possible, I am always happy to provide special assistance and to help with induction training for new Contractors. Over 500 contractors are on-boarded annually and I am leading the team that makes sure everyone is paid on time, including limited company contractors, umbrella contractors, PAYE temporary workers and third-party agencies and consultancies.

    Another important aspect of my role is to ensure that regular Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable checks are carried out. We are proud of our financial security and much of this depends on my ability to constantly keep on track when it comes to ensuring that we ourselves are paid on time!

    Alongside this, I enjoy meeting as many contractors as possible and am always happy to come along with the Recruitment Consultants for social events and for lunches.

    When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my Son and Socialising.

    As an Executive Account Manager, my primary focus revolves around New Business and the training and development of the Sales team at Eaglecliff Corporate Resourcing Solutions.
    Having worked for Eaglecliff since cross-training into IT recruitment many years ago, I have enjoyed the challenges of account managing several key customer accounts specialising with the IT Technical Services Delivery arena and within technical Unix competencies. I have gained a strong rapport with Business Managers, HR Representatives, Procurement Managers and Technical IT Managers and I always enjoy the opportunity of meeting the customers that I work with.
    When I am not working, I enjoy my family and our two kittens, fitness, including running and swimming and recently discovering Zumba - which my hips haven't quite got used to! I also enjoy spending time with my friends and whenever possible travelling.     Always keen to be busy and to provide 100% in all that I do, my role at Eaglecliff Corporate Resourcing Solutions revolves heavily around a fast-moving range of different duties. No two days are ever the same and I really enjoy working in a team environment whilst also being called upon to use my own expertise in solving various problems and in setting up new systems.
    I feel that I am practically minded, offering workable solutions to every day obstacles, which works really well as a Recruitment Administrator. Advertising plays a key role for me, where I liaise with a wide range of on-line Job Boards, CV Databank providers and Market Specific Technical Boards. I am always keen to ensure that our Customer Branding works well for the clients that we represent, as well as the response that we achieve for our Recruitment Consultants. I devote a great deal of time to different options that maximise the efficiency of our Advertising and CV generation. Another important aspect of my role is that of ISO Quality Manager, where my strong attention to detail and ability to accurately provide documentation and market data plays an instrumental role in maintaining our ISO accreditation.
    Part of our ISO accreditation also revolves around regular Company Meetings, and I am always eager to ensure that a wide and varied range of topics are discussed and acted upon during these events. When I am not working, I enjoy tennis, swimming and going out with my friends.

    Having spent over seven years in accountancy practice with one of the top 20 accountancy firms in the UK, I feel I am able to bring a unique perspective to my role at Eaglecliff Corporate Resourcing Solutions. I am AAT Qualified, and am part way towards achieving Chartered status, and have experience across a vast range of industries. I have a keen eye for attention to detail and am able to apply clear, logical thought processes to all aspects of my working life. I find these skills invaluable when dealing with financial data as I feel it instils confidence in both my colleagues and our clients.

    My primary role with Eaglecliff Corporate Resourcing Solutions is to make sure everyone is paid on time, including limited company contractors, umbrella contractors, PAYE temporary workers and third-party agencies and consultancies. Another important aspect of my role is to raise correct and timely invoices to clients, often via on line timekeeping systems and help ensure the smooth running of the Accounts Department. I also assist in ensuring that regular Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable checks are carried out. We are proud of our financial security and much of this depends on our ability to constantly keep on track when it comes to ensuring that we ourselves are paid on time!

    Alongside this, I enjoy meeting as many contractors as possible and am always happy to come along with the Recruitment Consultants for social events and for lunches.

    During my spare time, I enjoy undertaking small craft projects, attending live music events, and cycling, as well as spending time at home with my partner and our two mischievous cats.

    I am always keen to meet new people and to build a strong rapport with both the candidates that I represent, as well as the companies that we work with. I am very conscientious and like to take on projects in their early stage of development, working hard to see the successful end result.
    The most important aspect of my role is to very quickly identify which of my candidates has the technical skills required to fulfil a new job role. Working primarily within Web Development and Database Development,�2nd and 3rd Line Support roles, Business and Systems Analysis and PMO environments, I am always happy to stretch across new technologies and new platforms in order to enhance my own technical awareness and understanding.

    With a background in forensic science and customer service, I enjoy the challenge of searching for the perfect candidate for each job role and always aim to provide a personalised and friendly service. I thoroughly enjoy building relationships with the huge variety of candidates who apply for our roles.

    Many of the roles that I recruit for are contract roles that need to be filled at short notice, and it is my main criteria to identify the perfect candidate as quickly as possible. In order to achieve this I need to have a “Right First Time” mentality, something I am able to achieve thanks to the dedicated team that I have around me. I am primarily involved with every stage of the Software Development Lifecycle and Technical Support within the Energy Trading and Oil and Gas business sectors. However, I pride myself in being able to quickly diversify into new fields and am able to accurately match most job roles that I work on.

    As a former Royal Marine Reservist, I am very disciplined and strongly believe that if a job is worth doing, it is worth doing properly. I have and will always give 100% to any task that I undertake, and do not believe in leaving a job half finished. This hard-working can-do attitude combined with enthusiasm and pride in my work helped me to achieve a First Class BSc and MSc with Distinction in Forensic Science.

    When I am not working I enjoy long distance cycling, triathlons, walking national trails, spending time with my friends, family and girlfriend and most importantly, walking my dogs!
